Tiny tumbling is for athletes ages 2-5 that are interested in an introduction to tumbling. We will focus on working hand/eye coordination, balance, basic tumbling skills, and most of all FUN!
Tiny tumbling is for athletes ages 2-5 that are interested in an introduction to tumbling. We will focus on working hand/eye coordination, balance, basic tumbling skills, and most of all FUN!
Beginner tumbling is for athletes ages 5 and up. Our beginner class focuses on giving athletes a strong foundation for tumbling. We will teach them proper techniques and work to build the athlete’s confidence and strength.
Intermediate tumbling is for athletes that have mastered proper techniques of the basic skills (rolls, cartwheels, etc.) and are able to bridge kick over consistently.
Mini ninja is the perfect class for anyone looking to burn off energy. We will teach athletes basic skills, work on strength, and teach our ninjas how to flip safely. As athletes learn new skills they will earn ninja levels!
